Organised under the auspices of the French Metalworkers Association (Union des Métalliers).
MetalExpo, the show dedicated to the use of metal in construction, is aimed at the metalwork industry and general contractors. It is held in the same exhibition hall as Equipbaie for greater synergy with the doors, windows and shutters sector. The Union des Métalliers stand is located in the centre and is the perfect place to network and gather industry information.
“For almost 15 years, MetalExpo has been THE event for the metal-in-construction industry. The show brings together the entire industry for one week at Porte de Versailles in Paris to discuss sector developments, network with industry leaders and key institutions, and promote the metalworking and building professions.
In challenging times such as these, it is important to seize this opportunity to take a step back from your business operations and get out to meet peers and partners. From sector manufacturers’ latest technical developments to industry news from the Union des Métalliers, the show addresses all the issues of interest to metalworkers in their daily work, such as accessibility, sustainable construction and training opportunities. The goal is to give metalworkers key insights into winning new contracts as a result of the French government’s environmental initiative, Grenelle de l’Environnement, and help them build their skills and know-how. As usual, the show will also focus on the profession's future, exhibiting works by the winners of the Union des Métalliers Young Metalworkers Awards.”
